Mrs. Hazel Marie Wyatt Ogle, age 87, of 2526 North Main St. Danville Va. 24540, passed away on Sunday July 16, 2017 at her residence.

Mrs. Ogle was born on January 4, 1930, in Pittsylvania County to the late John Wyatt and Gracie Martin Wyatt.

Mrs. Ogle was a homemaker and was of the Baptist faith.

Mrs. Ogle is survived by daughter, Edna Dameron and husband John, of Danville Va.; grandchildren:John Christopher Dameron and wife Harpreet, of New York, Tara Mason and husband Andy, of Richmond Virginia, and Philip Dameron, of Philadelphia, PA.; great-grandchildren: Samara Mason, Mohan and Veera Dameron; and siblings: Earl Wyatt, of Danville Va.; Christine Gilmore, of Danville Va., Jerrine Wallace of Dry Fork, Va

In addition to her parents Mrs. Ogle was preceded in death by husband, James Edward Ogle; daughter, Evelyn Lewis; siblings: Joseph Wyatt, Averett Wyatt, Leslie Wyatt, Beatrice Stowe, Bernice Hooker, and Gracie Haynes.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 18, 2017 at Barker Funeral Home with Rev. Mike Wiles officiating. Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. on Monday, July 17, 2017 at the funeral home.  Interment will follow at Highland Burial Park.

In lieu of flowers, the family request that donations be made to the Danville Life Savings Crew, 202 Christopher Ln., Danville Va. 24541 and Roman Eagle Rehabilitation and Health Care Center Activities Department, 2526 North Main St., Danville, Va. 24540.
