Mrs. Jennifer Lynn Allmond, age 36, of 1921 Whitmell School Road, Dry Fork, VA, passed away on Thursday, October 05, 2017 at her home, after a lengthy illness.

She was born on March 28, 1981, in Danville, VA, to Juanita Hankins.

Mrs. Allmond worked as a court reporter and was a member of Sharon Baptist Church.

She is survived by her beloved husband, Phillip Allmond of the home; son, Caleb Allmond; mother, Juanita Hankins; sister, Stephanie Snead;  mother-in-law, Faye Allmond and father-in-law Steve Allmond.

Graveside services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 07, 2017 at 1921 Whitmell School Road, Dry Fork, VA 24549 with Rev. Scott Stewart officiating.  At other times, the family will be at the residence, 1921 Whitmell School Rd., Dry Fork, VA.

In lieu of flowers, the family request that donations be made to Legacy Hospice, 363 Piney Forest Rd, Danville, VA 24540.
