Mr. Mark Daniel Hancock, age 52, of 2343 Hinesville Rd., Danville, VA, died on Tuesday, May 16, 2017 at Danville Regional Medical Center.

Mr. Hancock was born on April 19, 1965, in Danville, VA, to William Harold Hancock and Donna K. Morrison.

Mr. Hancock worked for a backhoe service and was of the Christian faith. He was a very loving and caring person.

In addition to his parents Mr. Hancock is survived by Significant other, Pamela Crowder; his brothers, Clinton Hancock, Tim Wayne Hancock, Mike Hancock, and Terry Hancock; special cousin, Robin Hancock; granddaughter, Kimberly Haley; also many other family members.

Graveside services will be conducted Saturday, May 20, 2017 at Danville Memorial Gardens at 11:00am with the Reverend Joe Hopkins officiating. Friends and family are invited to gather before and after the services at the home of Robin Hancock, 180 Lamberth Dr., Danville, VA 24541.
