Nathan “Nat” Williamson, age 82, of Gloucester, VA, passed away on February 10, 2017 at Riverside Hospital in Newport News, VA.

He was born on December 26, 1934, in Danville, VA, to the late Bertram and Myrtle Williamson.

Before his retirement, Mr. Williamson worked for the government and Cox Cable and was of the Presbyterian faith. He graduated from Virginia Tech and was a veteran of the National Guard.

He is survived by his sisters, Judith Kendrick and Joanne Williams and husband, Rebun, all of Danville, VA.

A celebration of life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 26, 2017 at Calvary United Methodist Church Cemetery in Alton, VA with Rev. Freddie Vicks officiating.
