God, in his infinite mercy, ended the pain and suffering of our loved one, Reba Gail Robinson Richardson, of 300 Rushing Branch Road, Ringgold, VA, on Sunday, August 20, 2017 at UVA in Charlottesville, VA.

She was born in Vernon Hill, VA on March 26, 1958 to Jesse Willard Robinson and Josephine Ferrell Robinson, both whom predeceased her.  She was also predeceased by two sisters, Jessie “Bessie” Mae Robinson, and Ola Mae Robinson. 

She was united in marriage to Larry S. Richardson, and from this union a daughter, Karen Richardson, was born.  She was a member of Holy Tabernacle of Jesus Christ in Danville. 

In addition to her husband and daughter, she leaves behind to cherish her memory, her brothers and sisters, Frank Robinson, of Seattle, WA., David Robinson (Zinna) of Denver, CO., John Robinson (Michele) of Danville, VA., Joseph Robinson (Vickie), and Jeremiah Robinson, both of Woodbridge, VA., Vileen “LuLu” Dodson (Daniel) of Chatham, VA,  Mary Robinson,  Donna Robinson, and Rosa Robinson, all of Danville, VA.  Other survivors include four brothers-in-law and four sisters-in-law, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Graveside services for Mrs. Richardson,  will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 26, 2017 at Barker Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor James Moore officiating with interment immediately following at Danville Memorial Gardens.  The family will receive friends at Barker Funeral Home Chapel on Friday, August 25, 2017 from 6:00 – 8:30 P.M.
