Mr. Thomas H. Booth, age 90, of 2526 North Main St., Danville, VA, died on Sunday, January 07, 2018 at Roman Eagle Memorial Home.

Mr. Booth was born on January 5, 1928, in Ringgold, VA, to the late Royal Boyd Booth and Viola Milam Booth Blankenship. He worked at Dan River Mills as an electrician until he retired and was a member of the Forest Lawn Baptist Church. Mr. Booth Served in the United States Air Force during the Korean War.

Mr. Booth is survived by his beloved wife, Barbara Ann Gauldin Booth; children, Debbie Short (Terry) of Ft. Mill, SC and Thomas Dudley Booth (Cheryl) of Eden, NC; grandchildren, Taylor Matthew Short of Cary, NC and Maricel James of Ft. Mill, SC; great-grandchildren, Ariya James of Ft. Mill, SC; and sister Eunice Ellis of Danville, VA.

In addition to his parents Mr. Booth, was predeceased by a brother, Robert Booth and two sisters, Gertrude Hopkins and Frances Mewalt.

A memorial visitation will be held at Swicegood Funeral Home Wednesday, January 10, 2018 from 6 pm until 8 pm.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Danville Humane Society 996 S Boston Rd, Danville, VA 24540.
