Tina Moore Lea, age 61, of 3269 Rock Springs Rd., Ringgold, VA, passed away on Tuesday, April 25, 2017 at Danville Regional Medical Center, after a lengthy illness.

She was born on March 28, 1956, in Portsmouth, VA, to the late Leroy Moore and Hattie Marie Tipton Moore.

Before her retirement, Tina worked as a banker and was of the Baptist faith. Also, Tina loved horses.

Tina is survived by her husband, David Lea, of the residence; son, River Stallings, of Richmond, VA; brother, Wesley Moore, of Sandston, VA; granddaughter, Kyndall Stallings; and step-daughter, Shannon Elizabeth Lea.

In addition to her parents Tina was predeceased by her brother, Gregory Moore.

A celebration of Tina’s life will be conducted at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 30, 2017 at Swicegood Funeral Home with Rev. Michael Kent officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
