Delores (Gauldin) Crabb

Delores Gauldin Crabb, age 80, of Dry Fork, Virginia, passed away on Wednesday, November 13, 2019 at Roman Eagle Health and Rehabilitation.

Mrs. Crabb was born on March 6, 1939, in Danville, Virginia, to the late Jesse Ernest Gauldin and Minnie Walker Blanks. She was married to Charles Crabb who preceded her in death.

Mrs. Crabb is survived by her children, Tammy Smith (Jonathan) of Ringgold, Ronald Rudd of Ringgold and Donald Rudd of Danville; grandchildren, Mikayla Smith, Alison Dawn Rudd, Donald Richard Rudd, Jr., and William Atkins; great-grandchild, Meadow Levin; sisters, Carolyn Ware of Ringgold, Linda Gauldin of Welcome, NC; brothers, Kenneth Gauldin of Pelham, NC, Irvin Gauldin of Danville, VA and Leonard Gauldin of Reidsville, NC; also, special friends, Peggy Gauldin and Lottie Gee.

In addition to her parents and husband she was predeceased by her first husband, Richard D. Rudd; brothers, Jesse Gauldin, Hubert Gauldin, Ernest Gauldin and Luther Gauldin; sisters, Gladys Sparks, Francis Meeks, Gloria Adkins, Pauline Ketchum and Mamie New.

Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, November 16, 2019 at 3 PM at Swicegood Funeral Home with the Reverend Kenneth Hammock officiating. Visitation will be held Friday night from 4 PM until 6 PM at the funeral home. At other times the family will be at 690 Countryside Ct., Ringgold, VA 24586. Interment will follow in Mt. View Cemetery.
