Johnny Honeycutt Obituary

Mr. Johnny Neal Honeycutt, age 49, of 180 Lamberth Dr. Lot #16, Danville, VA, passed away on November 1, 2018 at SOVAH Health-Danville.

He was born on July 29, 1969 in Baltimore, MD, to the late Melvin Honeycutt, Sr. and Anne Jordan Honeycutt.

Mr. Johnny Neal Honeycutt worked in construction and was a member of the Riverview Baptist Church. He was an avid outdoorsman, and he loved Nascar racing.

Mr. Honeycutt is survived by his siblings, Gary Honeycutt (Megan) of Reese, MI; Elizabeth Cardoza (James), Melvin “Sam” Honeycutt, Jr., Harold Honeycutt, and Barbara Honeycutt all of Danville, VA; also his canine companion, Johnny.

In addition to his parents Mr. Honeycutt was predeceased by his brother, George Raymond Honeycutt.

A celebration of Mr. Honeycutt’s life will be conducted at 7 PM on Monday, November 5, 2018 at Swicegood Funeral Home. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. At other times, the family will be at the residence of his sister, Elizabeth Cardoza, 243 Lipton Ln. Danville, VA.
