Juanita Hankins

Juanita Hankins, age 56, of 1010 New Walters Mill Rd, Providence, NC, passed away on Friday, September 14, 2018 unexpectedly at her residence.

She was born on February 16, 1962, in Cheberly, MD, to the late Gordon Hankins and Doris Hutchinson Hankins. She lived most of her life in the Providence area and was employed with Nestle. She was of the Baptist faith.

Ms. Hankins is survived by her daughter, Stephanie Snead (Journy); grandchildren, Hayleigh Young, Ayden Taylor, Journey Lynn Snead, and Caleb Allmond; sister, Lorrie Waters and Kathy Rickman; brothers, Douglas Hankins and Jimmy Hankins. She is also survived by nine nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her daughter, Jennifer Allmond; also, brothers, Allen Hankins and Tony Hankins.        

Graveside services will be conducted on Tuesday, September 25, 2018 at 2:00 PM in Danville Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held on Monday evening from 6:00 until 8:00 PM at Swicegood Funeral Home.
