Mrs. Judith Gauldin Myers, age 72, of Danville, VA, died on Tuesday, January 9, 2018 at SOVAH-Danville.

She was born on August 15, 1945, in Danville, VA, to the late James Gauldin and Leafy Burnette Gauldin.

Before her retirement, Mrs. Myers worked for Stony Mill Elementary in the Cafeteria and was a member of St. John’s United Methodist Church.

Mrs. Myers left behind to cherish her memory her beloved husband of 53 years Jerry Myers of the home; children, Joanie Adkins (Jimmy) and Jody Myers (Brenda), all of Danville; grandchildren, Jme McCormick (Blake), Jacob Adkins, and Joshua Adkins, all of Danville; siblings, Johnny Gauldin (Tricia); nieces, Jennifer Atkins, Jessica Torbush, and Britni Gauldin.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that any memorial donations be made to St. John’s United Methodist Church, 1452 Stony Mill Rd, Danville, VA 24540.

Graveside services will be conducted Thursday, January 11, 2018 at 2 pm at Danville Memorial Gardens with Pastor Wayne Moore and Pastor Ryan Call officiating. At other times, the family will be at the residence, 1480 Silver Creek Rd., Danville, VA 24540.
