Patsy McDowell

Patsy McDowell, age 75, of Danville, VA, died on Wednesday, April 10, 2019, at her residence.

Mrs. McDowell was born on September 28, 1943, in Danville, VA, a daughter of the late, Harland Johnson and Christine Hopkins Johnson. She lived her life in Danville where she was employed as an accountant. She was married to Ronald Fleetwood McDowell who preceded her in death.

Mrs. McDowell is survived by her son, Stephen McDowell (Starlette); grandson, Ryan Wayne McDowell; and a brother, Bobby Lee Johnson (Geraline).

Graveside services will be conducted on Saturday, April 13, 2019 at 11:00 AM in Danville Memorial Gardens with Dr. Charles Scearce officiating. The family will receive friends after the service.

In lieu of food and flowers the family request memorial donations be made to the Danville Life Saving Crew, 202 Christopher Lane, Danville, VA, 24541.
