Anne (Stadler) Bradshaw

Mrs. Anne Stadler Bradshaw, age 89, of Danville, VA, passed away on Sunday, June 25, 2023 at SOVAH Health—Danville.

She was born on November 15, 1933, in Pelham, NC, to the late Robert Stadler and Della Chilton Stadler.

Before her retirement in 1970, Mrs. Bradshaw worked as an inspector for Dan River Mills and was a member of Stokesland Baptist Church, where she taught Sunday school. She loved to play golf; spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and she loved attending church and teaching Sunday school.

She is survived by her daughters, Carolyn Brooks Jones (David); Terry Bradshaw Murphy (Wade); and Pat Bradshaw Harvey (Frank); grandchildren: David Smith (Sunny); Brooks Jones; Frankie Harvey; Trent Harvey; Chase Murphy (Lexi); and Logan Harvey; and great-grandchildren: Josh Reynolds; Taylor Smith; Heidi Reynolds; Brycen Jones; Chance Harvey; and Brady Jones.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Bradshaw was predeceased by her husband, Jimmie Roger Bradshaw; son, Randy Brooks; sisters, Edna Paschel, Hazel Taylor, and Mildred Fitzgerald; and brothers, Robert Stadler Bobbie Taylor.

Graveside services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 27, 2023 at Pelham United Methodist Church Cemetery with Rev. Chuck Vickers officiating.
