Beatrice Garrett Ragle

Mrs. Beatrice Garrett Ragle, age 88, of Danville, Virginia, passed away on Thursday, July 29, 2021, at SOVAH Health of Danville.

Mrs. Ragle was born on May 29, 1933, in South Carolina, to the late Clarence Dill Garrett and Bessie Crow Garrett. She lived her life in Danville and was a faithful member of Mt. Olivet United Methodist Church.

Mrs. Ragle is survived by numerous nieces and nephews; great nieces and nephews; and great-great nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Ragle was predeceased by her loving husband, John William Ragle, and siblings, Jake Garrett, Ralph Garrett, Helen Nester, and Edna Cook.

Graveside services will be conducted Saturday, July 31,2021, at 10 AM at Schoolfield Cemetery with Dr. Doug Barber officiating.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff at Riverside Health and Rehab for the special care given to Mrs. Ragle.
