It is with sadness but with hope of the Resurrection, that Cara Elizabeth Reese, 40 went home to be with the Lord on Thursday morning December 9th, 2021.
Cara graduated with honors in 1999. She went on to gain a full academic scholarship to the prestigious University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Cara was incredibly enthusiastic about life. She was multi-talented and enjoyed creative arts. She wrote beautifully and could articulate feelings with words that could evoke the deepest of emotions. Cara spent a portion of her life in Brooklyn New York, where she discovered her desire for working in cinema. She was responsible for visually transforming characters appearance in movie productions and worked aside famous talent. Cara never met a stranger. She enjoyed making people laugh with her amazing sense of humor that she was also well known for. Cara was a daughter, sister, and a wonderful exceptionally attentive mother. She valued family and deeply loved her son who she endearingly calls "Cameron baby".
She is survived by her mother, Joyce Reese, brother, Rodney Reese Jr, her sisters, Amy Reese, and Robin Reese Zakhary and her loving son Cameron Tanner Jr.
"Death is not the greatest loss in life the greatest loss is what dies inside while still alive. Never surrender"
