Mr. Charlie Burton Neal, Jr., age 88, of Danville, VA passed away on Wednesday, November 15, 2023 at his residence.

He was born on February 22, 1935, in Danville, VA to the late Charlie Burton Neal, Sr. and Lillie Georgia Hurd Neal.

Before his retirement, Mr. Neal worked as a fixer in the textile industry.

He is survived by his wife of 68 years, Barbara Haymore Neal, of the residence; sons, Randal Keith Neal and Roger Lee Neal; grandson, Mitchell Taylor; and great-grandchildren, Carson Taylor and Reanna Taylor.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Neal was predeceased by his brothers, George and Aubrey Neal; and sisters, Barbara Taylor and Jacqueline Owens
