Christopher Michael Turner Sr.

Mr. Christopher Michael Turner Sr. age 37, passed away May 8, 2023 at his residence.

He was born on April 20, 1986 in Danville VA to late Malcolm T. Turner and Teresa E. Gammon who survives.

He was a member of St. Lukes United Methodist Church.

Christopher is survived by his wife: Laura Elizabeth Turner. Grandmother: Edith (granny) Burns. Stepfather: Robert W. Gammon. Children: Joshua Calvin Turner, Samantha Montee and Christopher Michael Turner Jr. Stepchildren: Logan Aaron Nichols, Maria Ella Nichols, And Victoria Lynn Dodson. Brother: Calvin James Emerson who lives in Dallas Texas. Nieces: Kenley Shea Turner and Sophia Nicole Emerson.

He is predeceased by his brother Malcolm Thomas Turner Jr. his grandparents: Clifton Emerson, Frances Emerson, Luther and Elizabeth Turner.

Funeral Services will be conducted Friday, May 12, 2023 at 2 PM at St. Lukes United Methodist Church with Rev. Timothy Barth and Rev. Ron Mateer officiating. Visitation will be held Thursday evening from 6 to 8 PM at the church. Christopher will be laid to rest at Highland Burial Park. The family will be at 20 Vandola Church Rd.
