Curtis Bradshaw

Curtis Ray “Woody” Bradshaw, age 55, of Danville, VA, passed away on Sunday, October 15, 2023, at UNC Rockingham.

Mr. Bradshaw was born on April 19, 1968, in South Boston, VA, a son of the late Richard Joseph Bradshaw and Nancy Flowers Gibson who survives.  

He lived most of his life in Danville where he worked as a carpenter until his retirement. He was married to Robin Lea Fitch Bradshaw who survives of the residence.

In addition to his mother and wife, he is survived by his son, Michael Aaron Bradshaw; sister, Connie Jarrett (Bobby); step brothers, Glenn Gibson and Timmy Gibson and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his father, he was predeceased by step father, Robert Gibson and step brother, Dean Gibson.

Graveside services will be conducted Friday, October 20, 2023, at 11 AM in the Hyler Family Cemetery with Reverend Clayton Murphy officiating. Visitation will be held Thursday evening from 6:00 pm until 7:00 PM at Swicegood Funeral Home.
