Daniel (Danny) Owen McGuire

Daniel (Danny) Owen McGuire, 66, of Danville, Virginia passed away on Sunday, March 10, 2024 at Duke University Hospital.
Mr. McGuire was born on October 19, 1957 in Danville, VA to the late Rev. Gollard McGuire and Virgie Davis McGuire.
Mr. McGuire lived most of his life in Danville, VA where he retired from Millis Transfer due to a decline in health.  
Mr. McGuire is survived by a son, Todd McGuire (Day); brothers, Bobby McGuire, David McGuire (Pam), and sisters, Darlene Worley (Danny) and Donna Carter (Floyd), and by numerous nephews and nieces.
He was predeceased by a brother Wayne McGuire (Millie), and sisters, Rosa Mae McGuire and Hilda Bivens. He also leaves behind a beloved furbaby, Roxie.
A memorial service will be held Wednesday, March 13, 2024 11:00am at Swansonville Pentecostal Holiness Church, 16300 Mt Cross Rd, Dry Fork, VA Rev Mike Hearp and Rev Michael Bivens officiating.
