Darrell Gammon

Mr. Darrell Gammon, age 76, of Danville, VA, passed away on Saturday, September 28, 2019 at his residence.

Mr. Gammon was born on September 28, 1943, in Danville, VA, to the late Paul E. Gammon and Ruth White Gammon. He worked as a painter for PTL.

 Mr. Gammon is survived by his children, Shelby Gammon, Shannon Tucker and Sydney Gammon; grandchildren, Daniel Bradley, Jarrett Tucker, Aubrey Abreu and Aiden Abreu; siblings, Bettie Collins, Nancy Terry, Wanda Brewer, William Gammon, and Neal Gammon.

In addition to his parents Mr. Gammon was predeceased by brothers, Jerry Gammon and David Gammon; also sister, Judy Phelps.

Visitation will be held on Monday, September 30, 2019 from 6 PM until 8 PM at Swicegood Funeral Home. At other times the family will receive friends at his sister Bettie’s residence, 180 Sharon Lane, Danville, VA 24541.
