Mr. Hall was born on February 28, 1941, in West Virginia. He worked at Goodyear Tire and Rubber Co for 28 years.

Mr. Hall is survived by his wife Roberta Hall, son Bruce Hall (Cathy), 7 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, and stepdaughter Jamie Evans, 2 nephews and 1 niece.
