Our Mother’s journey on earth is complete. She was escorted into Heaven by Angels into the arms of Jesus on Thursday, September 30,2021 at 11:04 pm.
Mrs. Eunice Juanita Brown Holley ,87 was, born on December 3rd,1933 in Pittsylvania County, Virginia to the late Eugene Brown and Beulah Moss Brown. Before her retirement, Mrs. Holley worked as a Nursing Assistant at the Danville Regional Medical Center and later as a Nanny to numerous children who lovingly called her Nana. She was an active and faithful Charter member at Faith Memorial Baptist Church, where she served as a Sunday School Teacher, choir member, Benevolence Secretary, and Senior Saints.
Mrs. Holley is survived by her children; C. Steven Holley (Nicole), Joan Holley Stowe (Virgil) Lawrence Holley, Jackie Holley. She Is also survived by her 5 Grandchildren; Alicia Randall (Matthew), Paul Stowe, David Stowe (Stefanie), Sunny Holley, Sabrina Blevins (Warren), 7 Great Grandchildren; Sierra, Jordan, Corbin, Addison, Makenzie, Dale, and Kera 3 Great- Great Grandchildren; Ariana, Zuri and Nakoa , plus numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Holley was predeceased by her husband Arnold Jackson Holley: siblings William Brown, Samuel Brown, Virginia Buckner, Lena Aralois, Laura Cain, Garland Brown, Maye Collins, Thelma Black, and Adele Sipe.
Graveside Services will be conducted at 2:00 pm on Monday, October 4th, 2021, at Highland Burial Park with Reverend Daniel Lackey officiating.
In lieu of flowers the family suggest donations to Danville Area Humane Society or Faith Memorial Baptist Church Building Fund.
