Gracie (Hardy) Craft

Mrs. Gracie Hardy Craft, age 87, of Sutherlin, VA, passed away on Saturday, February 20, 2021 at her residence.

She was born on April 29, 1933, in Halifax Co., VA, to the late John Robert Hardy and Lena Newby Hardy.

Mrs. Craft worked at Craddock Terry Shoe Factory, until they closed; Durham Hosiery until her retirement in 2007, and then a short time for CM Offray,  and she attended Floral Hill United Methodist Church.

She is survived by her daughter, Kathy Satterfield, of the residence.

Graveside services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 24, 2021 at Floral Hills Memory Gardens with Rev. Darrell Campbell officiating.

The family request that any memorial donations be made to the Ringgold Voluntary Fire and Rescue, P O Box 10 Ringgold, VA 24586 or Floral Hill United Methodist Church, 145 Mountain Hill Road, Danville, VA 24540.
