Jeffrey Scott Reynolds

Jeffrey Reynolds, age 60, of Danville, Virginia, passed away on February 19, 2026 at LewisGale Medical Center in Salem, Virginia.

Born December 21, 1965, Jeffrey was known for his kind heart and easygoing nature. A true people person, he had a way of making others feel welcome wherever he went. He worked as a construction worker and was deeply proud of the work he did with his hands.

Jeffrey had a deep love for music and was an accomplished guitarist and musician. He also enjoyed woodworking and was a talented wood craftsman. Whether he was playing music, building something with care, or simply spending time with those he loved, Jeffrey brought warmth and authenticity to every moment.

He is survived by his beloved wife , Carol Reynolds of Danville, Virginia. His daughter, Katelyn Reynolds of North Carolina; his brother and sister-in-law, Mike and Debbie Reynolds of Danville; along with extended family including 3  children, 8 grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

Jeffrey was preceded in death by his parents, Herbert and Barbara (Woodall) Reynolds.

A celebration of Jeffrey’s life will be held on Monday, March 2, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. at Swicegood Funeral Home Chapel at 564 W. Main Street, Danville, VA 24541.
