Obituary
Mrs. Joan Marie Naumann Evans, age 86, of Pelham, NC, passed away on Friday, May 05, 2023 at her son, Tony’s residence surrounded by her loving family.
She was born on February 11, 1937, in Baltimore, MD, to the late Richard Alvin Naumann and Ruth Wurzbacher Naumann.
Before her retirement, Mrs. Evans worked at Miller Brewing Co. in Eden, NC and was a member of Stateline Baptist Church.
She is survived by her children, Rhonda Myers, of Pelham, NC; James Ronald Evans, Jr. (Debra); Vicki Joan Wrenn (Ricky), all of Ringgold, VA; Richard Tony Evans (Teresa); Ricky Wayne Evans (Lois); all of Pelham, NC; fifteen plus grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and sister, Ruth Amelia Phoebus, of Baltimore, MD.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Evans was predeceased by her husband, James Ronald Evans, Sr.
