Joshua Lee Crihfield

Joshua Lee Crihfield, age 40, of Sutherlin, VA,  passed away on Thursday, February 03, 2022 at his residence.  He was born in Arizona on November 18. 1981, the son of Frederick Ray Crihfield and Pamela Jeanne Breitwieser Crihfield, both whom survive him.    Joshua has worked in the maintenance field, particularly in welding and roofing.    He was of the Christian faith.

Joshua was married to Carolyn Nunn Crihfield, who survives him of the home.  In addition, he is survived by his children, Donald Strange, Samantha Strange, Adreane Crihfield, Cassity Crihfield, Noah Crihfield, Abigail Crihfield, and Hailey Crihfield, all of Sutherlin.  Other survivors include his grandfather, Richard Breitwieser; his grandmother, Glorie Faye Sutherland; a brother, Jesse Crihfield of Ringgold; nephews,  Justin and Christopher Crihfield;  neice, Andreah Crihfield, and another neice on the way.  Joshua was predeceased in death by a son, Johnnie Strange and a brother, David Crihfield.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, February 10, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at Barker Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. David Terrell officiating.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.Barker Funeral Home is respectfully serving the Crihfield family.
