Judith Davis

Judith Wall Davis, age 84, of Danville, VA, passed away on Tuesday, August 29, 2023, at her residence.

Mrs. Davis was born on October 23, 1938, in Reidsville, NC, a daughter of the late Robert Glenn Wall and Ann Black Wall.

Mrs. Davis lived most of her life in Danville where she was employed as an insurance agent. She was married to Theodore Earl Davis who preceded her in death and was a member of State Line Baptist Church where she was a secretary for over 40 years and a Sunday School teacher.

Mrs. Davis is survived by her children, Kevin Davis (Chris), Steve Davis, and Joe Thornton; grandchildren, Kelly Davis, Abby Blankenship (Garret) and Jacob Thornton; great grandchild, Whitley Blankenship and her special dog, Simon.

Funeral services will be conducted Friday, September 1, 2023 at 1 PM at State Line Baptist Church with Reverend Bob Thurman officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the church. Interment will follow in Danville Memorial Gardens.
