Lawrence "Larry" Koral

Lawrence “Larry” Koral, age 51, of New Bern, NC, went to his heavenly home, after a brief illness on Monday, June 14, 2021, at his residence surrounded by his loving children, family, and friends.

Larry was born on February 28, 1970, in Detroit, MI, a son of the late Arthur L. Koral, Jr. and Diane Stewart Williams who survives. He was an avid lover of fishing, mainly with his soulmate Mona. Larry loved baseball, the Detroit Triger’s, and Kidd Rock. He enjoyed cooking entertaining, dancing, playing his guitar, tattooing, and was always the class clown. Larry dearly loved his family, friends, and his soulmate, Mona. He never meet a stranger. Larry was a master carpenter with local 319. He lived most of his life in Danville area and was of the Baptist faith.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his children, Ciera Koral Elliott (Keith), Alexia Koral, Zane Koral, and Jorja Koral; siblings, Cathy Koral Payne (Robbie), Kristine Hyland (Bobby), Ryan Koral (Andrea) and Andrea Wilbur (Doug); and by his fiancé, Mona Perrotti.

Memorial services will be conducted on Saturday, July 24, 2021, at 4:00 PM at Barker Funeral Home. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donation be made to the Coastal Conservation Association, 220 East Seneca Rd. Greensboro, NC, 27406.
