Lorrie Duncan Smith, age 56, of Danville, VA, passed away on Saturday, January 16, 2021, at Sovah Health-Danville.

Mrs. Smith was born on February 19, 1964, in Danville, VA, a daughter of the late Patricia Thompson Butts. She lived most of her life in Danville and was employed as a Registered Nurse at Person Memorial Hospital. She was of the Christian faith.

Mrs. Smith is survived by her daughter, Kasi Jefferson (Lee); granddaughter, Sawyer Jefferson; brothers, Terry Duncan and Brent Duncan and by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

In addition to her mother, she was predeceased by her grandparents, Percy and Lillian Thompson.

There will be no formal services at this time.
