Mary Crumpton Obituary

Mary Elizabeth Crumpton, age 64, of Danville, VA, passed away on Wednesday, July 21, 2021, at Mulberry Creek Assisted Living.

Mrs. Crumpton was born on May 20, 1957, in Pittsylvania County, VA, a daughter of the late Walter James Rigney and Inez Rigney. Mrs. Crumpton lived most of her life in Danville where she was a homemaker.

Mrs. Crumpton is survived by her siblings, Addison Rigney, Lanerd Rigney, Saford Rigney, Jerry Rigney, Arlene Rigney and Hillie Robertson.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her son, Brandon Crumpton and siblings, Clayton Rigney, Genell Wyatt and Geneva Jones.

Graveside services will be conducted on Friday, July 23, 2021, at 2:00 PM in Danville Memorial Gardens with Dr. Charles Scearce officiating.
