Michael Wayne Gauldin

Michael “Mike” Gauldin age 56, of Pelham, North Carolina, passed away on Wednesday, November 8, 2023, at Moses-Cone Hospital.

Mr. Gauldin was born on November 4, 1967, in Danville, Virginia to the late Wayne Gauldin and Kate Woodson Earles.

Mr. Gauldin lived most of his life in Pelham and was a machinist for Isometrics.

Mr. Gauldin is survived by his mother, Kate Woodson Earles; step-father, Louis Earles; sister, Ladonna Gauldin Carter (Lance); step-children, Samantha Bowling and Beau Bowling; 3 grandchildren, Walker Bowling, Sophie Lopez, and Elena Bowling; and his life partner and care giver, Julia Bowling; niece, Brittini Macedo (Eric) and nephew, Brandon Carter.

In addition to his father, he was predeceased by his brother, Roger Gauldin; and his grandparents, Hardin and Maude Gauldin, and Douglas and Wilson Woodson.

Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, November 11, 2023, at 2pm at Swicegood Funeral Home with Reverend Eric Clark officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the funeral. Private interment will be held at Schoolfield Cemetery at a late date.
