Our Lord called Neal to his heavenly home on Thursday, August 26, 2021. We are thankful and graced by the Lord and know he is safe with Jesus.

Neal pastored Full Gospel Fellowship (now White Oak Worship Center), associate pastor at Tree of Life (Blairs, VA) and Laurel Grove Baptist Church (Sutherlin, VA) during his ministry.
