Peggie (Brown) Taylor

Peggie Brown Taylor, age 85, passed away on Sunday, February 17, 2019.

She was born July 03, 1933 to the late Witcher Norman Brown and Mary Virginia Brown.

Mrs. Taylor attended local schools and Ferrum Jr. College.

She worked for Danville Plywood for 21 years and A-Plus Education for 10 years. Mrs. Taylor was a member of Westover Baptist Church.

Mrs. Taylor is survived by two sons, Michael Taylor, of Wheatland, Wyoming. and Ricky Taylor, of Danville, VA; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by one grandson of Wyoming; three sisters, Doris Wrenn, Louise Turpin, and Frances Phelps; three brothers, Norman, Pete, and Carlton Brown.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 21, 2019 at Danville Memorial Gardens with Dr. Doug Barber and Rev. Robert Vermillion officiating.
