Rosa Ludwick (Flinchum) Hill

Rosa (Flinchum) Ludwick Hill, age 91, of Danville, VA, died on Saturday, May 11, 2019 at Roman Eagle Health and Rehab Center.

Mrs. Hill was born December 17, 1927, in Danville, Virginia, to the late James Flinchum and Hannah Stout Flinchum. She later married Guy Walter Hill who preceded her in death.

She was last employed at Diston as a machine operator and attended at River Oak Church of God.

Mrs. Hill leaves behind to cherish her memory her loving daughters, Sue Ellen Guill and Lou Ella Hinton, both of Dry Fork, VA; sons, Weldon Louis Ludwick of Danville, VA and Michael Ray Ludwick of Milton, Fla; six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents and husband Mrs. Hill is also predeceased by seven siblings.

Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, May 14, 2019 at 3 PM at Swicegood Funeral Home with the Reverend Rob Taylor officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. At other times the family will be receiving friends and family at 3230 Virginia Lane, Danville, VA 24540. Interment will follow in Floral Hills Memory Gardens.
