Steven Edward Collins

Mr. Steven Edward Collins, age 39, of 644 Grays Park Rd., Danville, VA, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, November 07, 2018.

He was born on June 02, 1979, in Danville, VA, to Edward and Brenda Collins.

Mr. Collins was the owner of SoundWave Entertainment, and he was a member of Westover Baptist Church. He was a loving father, husband, and son.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Collins is survived by his wife, Danielle Saunders Collins; children, Tyler Collins, Harrison Collins, and Eleanor Collins; step-children, Spencer Nolen Jr., Morgan Nolen, and Carson Nolen; sister, Kellye Herndon and her husband, David; nieces, Alexis and Madison Herndon; and special son, Christian Taylor.

He was predeceased by his grandparents, Hubert and Irene Collins and Betty and Harvey Scarce.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, November 12, 2018 at Swicegood Funeral Home with Dr. Doug Barber officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Danville Memorial Gardens. At other times the family will be at the residence of his parents, 4540 Horseshoe Rd., Danville, VA.
