Lorraine Neely Parham, age 87, of Danville, Virginia, died on Tuesday, December 5, 2017 at SOVAH-Danville.

Mrs. Parham was born on September 11, 1930, a daughter of the late Robert Bertsey Neely and Mabel Ella Jones Neely. She lived most of her life in Danville, VA, where she was employed as a bookkeeper with JR Atkinson Truck Sales. Mrs. Parham was a member of the business and Professional Women’s Club.

Mrs. Parham is survived by her daughters, Wanda Parham Owen and Deborah Parham Radford (Jerry), both of Danville, VA; six grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by a daughter, Pamela P. Johnson; brothers, Roy B. Neely and Henry Lee Neely; and a sister, Thelma Josephine Scearce.

Graveside services will be conducted Friday, December 8, 2017 at 2 pm in Highland Burial Park with the Reverend Darryl Joyce officiating. Visitation will be held from 1pm until 2 pm at the cemetery.
