Mr. Robert Baker, age 62, Danville, VA, died on November 8, 2017 at Duke Medical & Research Center.

He was born on January 20, 1955, in South Carolina, to the late Dousey Elmo Baker and Mattie Talbert Baker. He was employed as a fork lift driver at Intertape Polymer and was of the Baptist faith.

Mr. Baker is survived by his brother, Randall “Randy” Baker (Vickie); one niece, Angel Thomas (Kelly); great-nephews, Kody Thomas and Randall Thomas; special friend and caregiver,  Katherine Scott; also special little friend, Cierra Scott.

All services will be private.
