My deepest sympathy to each of you, Dianne, Kathy, and Billy. I am so sorry I could not be with you today. Honey was such a great lady, always sharing a laugh, and would do anything for anyone, such a joyful lady. She was the sweet sister my mom never had. We are so blessed that her suffering was short. Her life has been filled with the love and happiness that she found with Uncle Bill and all of her children. We can know for sure that she is finally reunited with him and other loved ones. No one could hope for a better life. Until we see her again, take care of each other. Much love to each of you, Shug

Our family extends our sincere sympathy to the family and our prayers are with all of you. We became friends of Alma and Bill when we lived on Brook Circle many years ago. Our son Jeff and Billy came to be good friends and were always involved in boy activities. The girls Kathy and Diane would sometimes babysit our daughter Mary Beth. Also, our neighbors Bob and Dixie Childress and daughter, Debbie and the Hardy clan had many good times together like cooking out just being marvelous neighbors. We moved to Maryland and for many years kept in contact with everyone. As the years passed we lost contact, however when we would visit in Danville we always tried to call them. This was a loving and Christian family and Alma will be missed by the many people who's lives she touched. May God bless and keep her and best yet give her peace, perfect peace in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Love, Elizabeth and Bud Cawley

I want to send my deepest sympathy and condolences to the Hardy family. I had the privilege to know Mrs. Hardy for some time. I thought of her as family. She was one of the most sweetest, kind, and full of life persons I have ever met. I called her my adopted grandmother. Words cannot express how much you will be missed. I truly feel that you were an angel. You touched the hearts of many, as well as mine. I know that you are happy now being by God's side and seeing all of your loved ones. Until we meet again, thank you for all you were. You will never be forgotten. To the family, my thoughts and sincere prayers are with you during this difficult time. May God bless you all.

Your mother was very special to us. We spent years with her in The Friendship class at Fairview and I spent several years with her as a Red Hatter. Wish you could have seen some of our escapades. We had so much fun and fellowship. You will have many good things to remember as will I. God bless each of you. Love Shirley and John

Mrs. Hardy was truly a woman of generosity. She touched the lives of so many children here at Stony Mill Elementary as a volunteer. She always had a warm smile and a loving word. Thanks for showing us a glimpse of God's love.
