Barbara Ann Moran Jones, age 72, of 1700 Sunset Dr., Dry Fork, VA, passed away on Friday, July 15, 2016 at her residence.

She was born on February 09, 1944, in Danville, VA, to the late Buford Moran and Irene Chitwood Moran.

Mrs. Jones worked in the textile industry before her retirement and was a member of Bethany Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband, Robert Brian Jones of the residence; children; Emanuel Eugene Wyatt (Teresa), Debra Christine Gentry, and Charlie Lee Wyatt Sr. (Helen); grandchildren, Joshua Wyatt, Charlie Lee Wyatt Jr., Robin Anita Wyatt, Christopher Swawn Tranbarger, Heather Dawn Tranbarger, Dustin Patrick Wyatt, Alexis Donovant, Darell Oryan Donovant, Richard Allen Wyatt, Jason Lamar Brandon, and Thomas Allen Lynskey; seventeen great-grandchildren; sister, Mary Ella Saunders; and sisters-in-law, Dorothy Chitwood and Connie Moran (special friend).

In addition to her parents Mrs. Jones was predeceased by brothers, Edward Chitwood and Charlie Moran.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 19, 2016 at Swicegood Funeral Home with Rev. David Hatcher officiating. Visitation will be held on Monday, July 18, 2016 from 6:30 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. At other times, the family will be at the residence, 1700 Sunset Dr., Dry Fork, VA. Interment will follow in Danville Memorial Gardens.
