Dad,
I love you so much! You mean the world to me. Things are very different with you not being here with us but we know you are in a much better place in Heaven. I am so thankful for the 25 years that we were able to spend together. You are my hero and I am so blessed for our "little infinity". I can't wait to see you again. I'll love you forever and I will always carry you with me in my heart.
Love always,
Cary Lee "Your STAR"

Daddy,
I still can't get it through my head that you're gone. Thank you for making me who I am today. I will forever be a Daddy's girl! Life will never be the same without you. I can't wait to see you again and give you a big hug and kiss and hear you say I love you more! You definitely showed cancer who was boss and you didn't back down even till the end. You are my hero forever and I hope I can be half as strong as you. I love you so much and I'll miss you forever! This isn't goodbye..I'll see you soon Daddy!

I grew up making many trips from Alexandria to Danville with my dad and I remember spending time with Danny each trip. I last saw Danny at the Cumbo reunion a few years back and it was like no time had passed at all. I will miss you my cousin, rest in peace. Love ya man, James (Buddy) Cumbo.

Buddy,
Your Dad was very special to us, particularly to Dan Sr. I remember your extended visit with us and the album Foreigner 4 as the soundtrack to that visit.

Take care,

DC 11,

I to remember that stay and to this day each time I hear a song from that album it reminds me of 1981 again. Time flew by and life has been hard at times but I'll always have that Cumbo love in my heart that won't change. I really enjoyed the Cumbo reunion and the time I got to spend with your dad, he was a very special person to me and he knew that. Take care (man) :)

Cousin
Buddy.

Nothing brought Dad more joy than his family; his girls, Sue, aunts, uncles, cousins... He went to another place when talking about the old days, those Sparta reunions, gatherings at Granny Cumbo's...

Take care Cousin.

Sara Catherine, you are such an incredible young man and your dad obviously had a great deal to do with that. I wish I could have known him, but knowing you, I feel like I already know a lot about the man he is.
