Linda And Me

Two of three girls in a house of eight
A couple of the youngest having fun
While they grew up and went different ways
Which left us, just a couple of little girls
Wearing high heels and big pocketbooks
Carrying around our precious baby dolls
Eventually upgrading to fancy barbie dolls
Itching to run around outside
With our teasets making mud pies
Nothing like jump rope and hopscotch
Except maybe kickball and jackrocks
Two little girls just having a ball
Oh, the fun we had playing it all
Now the tears are frequent but smiles come to
When i think of childhood and think of you
What i would give to do it all again
For you are my sister, my best friend
Words will never express how much I miss you

I am,so sorry for your families tragic loss. May God give you strength through this difficult time. I myself dealt with a tragic loss Oct. 1984 and it's something that always leaves questions and no answers for those close to their loved ones. Days ahead will be hard but God will see you through. As time passes the good memories you shared prevail over the heartache you will be dealing with. To be adsent from the body is to be present with our Lord Jesus Christ. I knew Linda since as far back as I remember she was a wonderful person. My prayers are with each of you. If ever a time comes you would like to talk to someone that's been through a similar situation that can truly relate to how you're feeling just text and I'll get back with you. May God Bless You.
