Troy was one of our best residents. If you lived or worked at Southwyck you knew Troy. He was a kind man and looked out for everyone. He was truly one of a kind. His passing saddens us, however we know to be absent in the body is to be present with the Lord. The Collins family has our deepest sympathies.
