Judith Elaine Bond, age 72, died Thursday, January 12, 2012 in the Danville Regional Medical Center.

Born June 29, 1939 in Danville, she was the daughter of the late Dorsey H. Bond and Annie Tomlin Bond.  She graduated from Schoolfield High School and worked as a waitress for the King of The Sea Restaurant.  Miss Bond was a member of the Church Of God Of Prophecy.

She is survived by one brother, James Bond of Danville, and a special friend, Virginia Huff, also of Danville.

A memorial service officiated by Rev. Jack Robertson will be held Saturday, January 14, 2012 at 2 p.m. in the Swicegood Funeral Home Chapel.  The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 2:00 p.m. Saturday prior to the service.
