Was sadden to have received the news yesterday morning of Uncle Oscar's passing, but shortly realized he was now without any of the earthly ailments and was in the presence of our Lord and Savior. Oscar and Elevyn are rejoicing together.
Uncle Oscar was so meek and kind, conversations with Oscar were always a pleasure....he always cared wanting to know his family members were doing well. Humble and Kind if there was a picture in the dictionary it would be that of Uncle Oscar. My two children and I know others always enjoyed the animals he created from paper (origami) for them. He simply was a amazing man loved by all and to quote one of my girls "amazing spunk". My deepest condolences to my three cousins (Judy, Marie, and Michael). May God's comforting arms surround them during this time and remember God's promise that we will be reunited one day in heaven. You all will be in my thoughts and prayers. Love you all!!

Dear Judy, Marie & Micheal, We send our deepest sympathy to each of you in the loss of Oscar. He was such a fine man & we loved him so much. He was so good to our granddaughter when she was small. She still has the animals he made her & it was an adventure for her to see what he made the next week. He & Evelyn were an important part of Mount Olivet as is Judy now. We love her also. Herbert & Joan

Marie and Judy,
I am so very sorry for your loss, he was a wonderful man with a lovely heart and I feel very honored to have been able to help take care of him. Though it was only for a short time, I felt very blessed to spend that time with him. Thank you for the Christmas present as well, it was very thoughtful and appreciated. You will be in my thoughts and prayers as you go through this very difficult time. May the peace of God be with you all and bring you strength and remember as you mourn his passing to also celebrate his life. God Bless!
