Sandra, Susan, and the Durham Family,
I am truly sorry that I am not there to celebrate Aunt Shorty's life with the family. Aunt Shorty and Aunt Nancy were like second and third mothers to me. What a lucky guy I was! I spent the first 8 years of my life interacting with them on a daily basis and I still at 70 remember those days with fondness. Also, I remember the fun times in the mountains at reunions. She will be greatly missed and remembered for her wit, integrity, energy, straight talk, love of life, and belief in our savor, Jesus Christ. I know she is in a great place celebrating with her beautiful family. All our love to the Durham and other family members. J.C. and Carolyn

Sympathy to the family. Vivian was such a joy to be around, she could always make you smile when you were with her. Of course it was many years ago that we were seeing her. Your dad was always with her and he was as nice as she was. May the Lord bless you all and comfort you as you grieve.
