Ellen Annette Wise Hudson, age 55, of 360 Horseshoe Rd. Danville, VA, died on Sunday, August 20, 2017 at her residence.

Mrs. Hudson was born on July 12, 1962, in Danville, VA, a daughter of the late Carl Edward Wise and Elizabeth Joan McGuire King who survives. She lived most of her life in Danville, VA where she was a homemaker and a member of Christ Miracle Temple.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband, Tim Hudson; three children, Wesley Hudson (Angela), Sarah Hudson, and Zachary Hudson; one grandson, Lucas Hudson; one sister, Kimberly Ricketts; niece and nephew, Paul and Heather Carroll; brother-in-law, Ray Hudson; and sister-in-law; Shelby and husband Richard Davis.

A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, August 24, 2017 at 6:30 PM at New Life Community Church with the Bishop Raymond Carter officiating. The family will receive friends on Wednesday evening from 7:00 to 8:30 PM at her son’s residence, 585 Reese Dr., Danville, VA, 24540.
